You can request your medication via fax, in person or online via the link at the top of this page via ( please contact reception on how to register for online services).

Please note that we need THREE full working days (72 hours) for any prescription request (up to 7 days if requests involve posting), this includes hospital outpatient prescriptions and private prescriptions.
Please ensure you do not run out of your medications and take responsibility to request your medications well in advance. Our reception staff are following new written guidelines which they cannot bypass and are in place to ensure all requests are processed safely. Please help us to help you.
If you cannot collect your prescription yourself, you can ask someone to collect on your behalf (a family member or friend).
Reducing Medication Waste
Our governing body, the CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) has implemented a change to how prescriptions are ordered by patients. This is to reduce medication waste and ensure you are receiving the medication you need.
We are asking patients to request your own medication, by using your online account, via our dedicated email, or our website, rather than ordering your medication via your pharmacy; unless there are special circumstances that prevent you using the above methods.
This will not change how you receive your medication or which pharmacy you chose to receive your medication.

Electronic Prescribing Service
This practice is set up for the electronic prescription service.
This means that for most patients we can send your prescription to your chosen chemist directly saving you having to come down to the surgery.
To get your prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy you will have to ask reception to sign up.
