The surgery is part of Hammersmith & Fulham Partnership which is an unlimited liability partnership of NHS GPs. The partnership employs all the staff at all five surgeries and holds 5 General Medical Services contracts with the NHS through which we provide a primary care service to the patients registered at each practice.
